Poland will not deliver heavy weapons, particularly tanks or missiles, to Ukraine.
This has been stated by defense minister of Poland Tomasz Siemoniak in an interview with Gazeta Wyborcza.
"I want to make it clear that there is no chance of Poland sending heavy weaponry, Grom missiles, tanks or similar weapons' to Ukraine. Poland has not had and does not have such intentions," the minister said.
At the same time, he stressed that there were no obstacles to cooperation of the military-industrial complexes between Poland and Ukraine.
In addition, he called the "element of the propaganda war" Russia's comparison of Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian military brigade, now being composed with headquarters in Lublin, with the "NATO legion."
"National units of the brigade will be deployed in their respective countries for peacekeeping and stabilization missions, not for the war in eastern Ukraine, and Russia is well aware of this," Siemoniak said.
