French President Francois Hollande has warned about the possibility of war, if the agreement on Ukraine is not reached.
He has said this on Saturday during a working visit to the French department of Correze, an Ukrinform correspondent reports from France.
"There is a risk until the goal is reached, until an agreement [on peaceful settlement in Ukraine] is signed... I think this is one of the last chances ... If we do not find any compromise or possibility of a strong peace agreement, we are well aware of further scenario of the situation. It is called war," he said.
In addition, Hollande refused to give details of five-hour talks in Moscow with German chancellor Angela Merkel and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
"We need to find a common ground, that is why on Sunday I, president Putin, president Poroshenko and German chancellor will exchange views on the phone," he said.
According to him, France and Germany play an important role in the negotiations, "but they cannot succeed on their own."
