Minsk agreements agreed to be finalized in Moscow

The agreements to settle situation in eastern Ukraine, concluded in Minsk in September 2014, will be finalized.

According to the German government spokesperson Steffen Seibert, the negotiators have exchanged views and now a "possible joint document", which would embody the Minsk agreements, is to be drafted the basis of proposals by Merkel and Hollande.
