Ukrainian MPs have passed the law to ratify the agreement between the governments of Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine on joint military brigade.
As an Ukrinform correspondent reports, 290 MPs have voted for the decision.
Ratification of the agreement is necessary to eliminate the discrepancies in the legislation concerning the taxation of the brigade's activity.
According to the explanatory note to the law, the procurement and temporary importation into the territory of one of the states of products necessary for unit's activity conducted by the command of the joint brigade is exempt from tax.
In addition, participation of the brigade units in joint exercises and operations on the territory of one of the parties is exempt from tax as well.
